10/03/2014 - Metal Dead now available on Steam
Metal Dead now available on Steam!

Metal Dead is a hilariously terrifying indie point and click adventure filled with laughs, blood, insanity, and of course... hordes of the undead.

This twisted tale centers on two metal-heads in the midst of a zombie invasion. After crashing their car in front of a medical research facility, they become trapped and are forced to use their wits to puzzle their way to freedom. Along the way, they must deal with a cast of characters who range from mildly deranged to completely insane.

Metal Dead is now available on Steam for PC and Linux, and will be on sale for 66% off for the first 6 days, 6 hours, and 6 minutes of release.

Biggest Fruit Ninja update ever launches worldwide

AUSTRALIA, Brisbane - October 2, 2014 - Fruit Ninja, with over 500 million downloads worldwide, has been rebuilt and redefined for a new generation of mobile players. This is the biggest content and optimization update ever, available as a free download to Fruit Ninja players worldwide!

In the biggest addition to Fruit Ninja since launch, Blades and Dojos now have a unique effect on gameplay, evolving the entire concept to a new level. Want a ten-fruit Great Wave? Bouncing clouds to never drop a fruit? Swirling tornados for epic combos? Mix and match gear to find the best combinations for the right situation.

New characters have joined the cast to guide the Fruit Ninja action. Katsuro and Mari are two of Sensei's most promising students, who each wield unique weapons for swift and decisive fruit destruction. Additional characters will be added in the coming weeks, and the story of the new Fruitasia universe is chronicled in the
Fruit Ninja Origins web series!

Finally, the entire game has been redesigned for ease of navigation and play. Gone are the cumbersome and inefficient menus - everything you need is streamlined into a core game loop, with additional content easily accessed from the main menu. The three game modes Classic, Zen and Arcade remain intact - but feel completely different with the new Blade and Dojo powers.

The Fruit Ninja update is available on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, as well as Google Play and Amazon Appstore.

We're proud to bring Fruit Ninja back into the action. Check it out in the awesome update trailer -

10/01/2014 - Oddworld New 'n Tasty Updated with Improved Controls
Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty Updated With "Old School" Controls

San Francisco, October 1st, 2014. Oddworld Inhabitants, Inc. have this week released a new update (1.06) for the PlayStation®4 version of Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty containing a much-requested feature - "Old School" controls.

Designed to make fans of the original Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee and Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus feel more at home with Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty, the free update adds two new classic control options to the Settings menu in-game.

Button To Run - the first option makes Abe walk with the analog stick until the player holds down L2, rather than Abe both walking and running with the stick.

Button To Hop - once toggled on, players can make Abe hop forward with just a single button, making gaps, mines and enemies easier to navigate.

"We initially set out to focus on a single control scheme and make it work as best we could," said Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty's game designer Matt Glanville, "but after releasing New 'n' Tasty we received a lot of requests from fans to add classic controls."

"It's something we always wanted to do but didn't find the time for. Now that we've had a little more time to dedicate to it, we've added these new options and the reaction from players has been superb."

Gamers can get their hands on Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty for PlayStation®4 now via the PlayStation®Store. The game is available at a discounted rate in the UK and Europe until October 8th, with an extra discount for PlayStation Plus subscribers.

PS3, PS Vita, Windows, Mac, Linux, Xbox One and Wii U versions of Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty are in development. An additional chapter to the game - Alf's Escape - was released in August as DLC.

Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty includes art direction from the original Abe's Oddysee team, music from series staple Michael Bross and a whole host of tweaks, improvements and brand new areas throughout, whilst remaining true to the game fans have loved since the original PlayStation®.
