SLENDER: THE ARRIVAL LAUNCHES
TODAY FOR WII U JUST IN TIME FOR HALLOWEEN
Trailer Illustrates How the Wii Remote Lights the Way through this Bone-Chilling Experience
CANADA – October 22, 2015 – If you’re in the mood for a scare as we approach the most frightening
holiday on the calendar, you’re in for a devilishly horrifying treat. Today, Blue Isle Studios announced that Slender:
The Arrival is now available for the Wii U system in North America, and will be launching for Wii U in Europe
next Thursday, October 29.
With the Wii U version, Slender: The Arrival becomes even
more gripping and immersive with the use of the Wii Remote, which serves as your in-game flashlight. By moving the Wii Remote
players can shine the weak light onto the dark, haunting world of Slender Man in a search for clues in this mystery.
Watch in on YouTube HERE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wp987Ws4-oA
The nightmarish Slender Man is described by eye witnesses as
a thin, unnaturally tall man dressed in a black suit with a blank, featureless face. Slender: The Arrival brings
extended levels and a unique story to the world of Slender Man that continues to unfold the terrifying mythos. Players are
enveloped in a world of sensory deprivation filled with haunting visions and audio cues that create a healthy dose of tension
In The Arrival’s storyline, Lauren is in search of her friend Kate,
who recently has become increasingly obsessed with the folklore of Slender Man. Was Kate’s disappearance the work of
Slender Man? Use Kate’s forgotten flashlight with the Wii Remote to explore abandoned houses, creepy mines and
dark forests to unravel the mystery – all while being stalked by the menacing presence of Slender Man.
in collaboration with Eric “Victor Surge” Knudson, creator of the paranormal phenomenon, and written by the creative
team behind the Marble Hornets series, Slender: The Arrival is rated ‘T’ for Teen (Blood,
Violence) and releases today for Wii U in North America for $9.99 digital download and in Europe for Wii U on October 29.

10/21/2015 - Oinky Boinky Sprints onto iOS, Android and Apple TV
3:22 pm pdt
Get Your Bounce On! Oinky
Boinky Springs onto iOS, Android, Apple TV
ANGELES – Oct. 21, 2015 – Mobile gamers wanting high-flying
action adventures can look forward to Oinky Boinky, a ball-and-paddle game inspired by and improving upon the endless runner
genre, from Rekkener. iOS device and Apple TV owners can jump for joy later this month, while Android gamers can join
the fun late November.
Oinky Boinky will test players’ reactions as they help the colorful characters
reach for the stars. Boinky the hedgehog wants to soar through the skies above beautiful locations around the world
like Hamsterdam and The Pig Apple. It is up to the player who controls Oinky, a pig who’s ready to leave the farm, to
lend his bouncy friend a hoof.
Gameplay begins with Boinky jumping into the air. Players need to position
Oinky underneath his pal and then tap at the perfect moment to inflate the pig so he can bounce the Boinky to new heights.
Tap too early and Boinky won’t get a full boost, losing momentum and altitude as a result. Tap too late and Boinky
will hit the ground, and it’s time to give it another go.
Instead of restarting like most endless runners,
play resumes from the most recently completed land. Players will enjoy honing their skill. With each level completed, they’ll
be reaching heights they once thought impossible as the challenge keeps rising.
Part of the fun is exploring the
themed lands and seeing campy new characters, whose costumes, names and personalities are often puns or plays on famous figures.
As players progress, they unlock more bouncers like Bearlock Holmes and jumpers like Harvey Koalatel.
of the most entertaining genres everyone can quickly understand and enjoy are ball-and-paddle games and endless runners,”
Harlan Hugh, CEO, Rekkenner, explains. “Oinky Boinky combines these into a game that's deceptively simple at the
start yet infinitely challenging even for experienced gamers who might assume they could breeze through it.”
Oinky Boinky will be free on the App Store and Google Play. The game features optional microtransactions for acquiring
characters and homes in the various lands.
