04/29/2016 - Indie Horror Game My Last Friday Launches Crowd Funding
Gadan Games' Indiegogo Campaign for My Last Friday is Live

Gadan Games' Indiegogo Campaign for My Last Friday is Live

BRIGHTON & HOVE, UK - APRIL 28, 2016 Gadan Games just launched an Indiegogo campaign to raise 30,000€ for  My Last Friday, a first person horror game that steers clear of the generic approach to the genre.  https://igg.me/at/ my-last-friday

"I've been working on this project during the nights and weekends, and do all the work related to it, except the music composition.", said Gabor Dandar, founder at Gadan Games. "The game's music composer is Sam Oz who has previously worked on several titles for Ubisoft."

With the founds raised Gabor could focus on this project full time and could also delegate some artwork to freelance artists and hire voice actors.

My Last Friday is a flashlight-free horror game with a haunting dark story, clever puzzles and combat. Also including a feature which is rarely seen in horror games: a choice based dialogue system.

04/27/2016 - New Kickstarter Campaign for Xmodule
We just launched a Kickstarter campaign for Xmodule!

Xmodule is a car racing game that allows you to fully customize your car and 3D print it.The idea behind this project is to give the gamer the feeling to be the creator of his own car, as the customization possibilities are thousands.

You won't create your car only onscreen but also physically. Indeed, as you progress through the game, you unlock more and more car parts and everytime a new part is available, you can also have access to the 3D file. In this way, you will hold in your hands the model you have created! If you don't have a 3D printer, we have a partnership with 3DHubs so that players will have the option of sending parts to their local 3D printing service for fabrication at a competitive price.

This project is a link between videogames, 3D printing and scale modeling. The game will be available for Windows and Mac in early 2017 and has been already Greenlit on
Steam. See our campaign here:  Xmodule Kickstarter campaign

04/26/2016 - SEGA 3D Classics Collection Now Available
Now Available - SEGA 3D Classics Collection Puts Nine Games in One Box

From previously unreleased outside of Japan titles to mega-hits such as Sonic The Hedgehog

IRVINE, Calif. - April 26, 2016 - We hope your schedule is clear, because you can now relive the intense arcade action of the nine games contained within the  SEGA 3D Classics Collection. The collection houses nine vintage games - four of which have never been released on the 3DS - with modern touch-ups by the developers at M2. The SEGA 3D Classics Collection is now available in retail stores and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS for $29.99/CA$44.99, and will include a sheet of decals representing classic SEGA hardware while supplies last.

Taking full advantage of the Nintendo 3DS system's stereoscopic 3D, the powered up visuals, new game modes, and more will delight those who wish to indulge in some nostalgic, good old-fashioned fun. Oh, and for the younger generation of gamers who think they are too cool for school to play these classics, these titles are a crucial part of video game history that has directly impacted the developers making the video game hits of today.

Below is a brief summary of the games in the collection:
  • Power Drift - Put the pedal to the metal against AI racers in a twisting, turning, jumping, looping race to the finish.
  • Puyo Puyo 2 - An addicting head-to-head puzzle game that will incite competition and most likely ruin friendships.
  • Maze Walker - Escape a mysterious, twisting maze filled with unknown dangers.
  • Fantasy Zone II: The Tears of Opa-Opa - The sentient space ship Opa-Opa must defeat enemies in a psychedelic world of colors (this version is the original Master System version).
  • Fantasy Zone II W - M2's re-envisioning of the console game Fantasy Zone II as a System-16 arcade game, with upgraded graphics, sounds and 3D effects. Plus, adds a new gameplay mode.
  • Sonic The Hedgehog - The famed blue blur must use his speed and penchant for rings to help defeat the evil Dr. Eggman.
  • Thunder Blade - Pilot a helicopter and rain down hellfire upon enemies with guns and missiles.
  • Galaxy Force II - Repel the forces of Halcyon and the Fourth Empire with your TRY-X fighter in this 3D space shoot 'em up.
  • Altered Beast  -  Shape shift into different beasts to do battle with demons and save the captured Athena from the clutches of Neff.
The SEGA 3D Classics Collection is the latest localization title from SEGA, and is now available in retail stores and on the Nintendo eShop for $29.99/CA$44.99. The game is rated E10+ by the ESRB.
