Think your day ends when the exhibit hall closes each night? Well
just because the show is over that doesn't mean the fun has to end. Let's take a look at some of the cool stuff that's happening
when the sun goes down. It's Comic-Con after dark!
Once you're done with the initial chaos of Preview Night, head
on over to the FLUXX Nightclub (500 4th Avenue) starting at 8pm for the MTV Fandom Awards pre party. Featuring performances
by Tyga and DJ Michelle Pesce, get there early as its first come first served until capacity is reached.
Looking for something a little more low key on Preview Night? The
Balboa Theatre will be hosting a one night screening of Aliens at 7pm. There will also be a trivia contest and prizes will

On Thursday night, Diamond Select Toys is hosting a late night
party at Taste & Thirst (715 4th Ave.) transforming it into the Alien Lounge. Starting at 11pm, swing by for a quick bite
to eat and revel in Diamond's display of Alien themed Minimates on display. Maybe you'll score an Alien themed door prize
Also on Thursday, Weird Al's Return of the Mandatory World Tour
arrives in San Diego. He'll be performing at the Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre at San Diego State University so
you'll have to catch a ride there but if you've never seen Weird Al in concert, you're missing out! Tickets available through
If you love Kevin Smith and Batman, then you're in luck as he's bringing
his Fatman On Batman podcast to the stage. Thursday night at The American Comedy Co. (818 B 6th Ave.), join Kevin and Marc

Boom! Studios is once again having a cocktail mixer on Thursday night
at 9pm at the Odyssa Bar in the Hilton Bayfront, right next to the convention center. Come mix it up with staff and pros.
Cash bar but otherwise free to attend.
Can you believe Sonic the Hedgehog is 25 years old? The House of Blues
(1055 5th Ave.) will be hosting a party in his honor, starting at 6pm on Friday night. Best of all, free food and exclusive

The ever popular Zombie Walk returns Saturday night, starting
at 6pm. All the information you'll need can be found on the official Facebook page (Link) You never know who, or what, you will meet on the walk this year. Get your cameras ready!
Finally, at 6pm Saturday night, Mission Brewery (1441 L St.) will
be host to Super Video Game Land. This is a retro art show featuring hundreds of pieces of art depicting your favorite video
games. There will be a special collection shown to honor the 30th anniversary of Zelda. Come for the art, stay for the craft
